Can't enter Webstore with alt account

WRONG. That did not work, and I know BECAUSE I TRIED IT. Stop asking me to try something I know doesn't work already. And stop tagging me in replies, you're not helpful whatsoever and you have no idea what you're talking about. 

I'm trying to log into the new webstore but every time I hit log in, it tells me to go link my account in game, but I already have, and it only gives me the option to retry. It also gives me no option to type in an email or anything like its just assuming it's my first time using the store

The EA account causes the issue you're currently logged into. You can try the following steps.

1. Click on your Profile in the top right corner.
2. Log out.
3. Go to ea.com and make sure you're logged out there as well.
4. Clear the browser cache and close browser.
5. Open the browser and visit the webstore page.
6. Now you should be able to log into your EA account again.
7. Enter your email connected to SWGoH.
8. Receive the code and enter it on the webstore page.
9. You should see the webstore main page now.

Incognito mode could also help but I see some people having trouble with it. 

Same issue here, tried logging in and out  multiple devices, signing out of the game, nothing is rectifying the issue

I've tried all that several times. I still can't login. Everything was fine yesterday before EA broke it.

Please make sure you are using the email linked to your SWGoH account. If you use a different email, you will end up in the "retry" flow. 

If you end up in the "retry" flow. Try to log out from ea.com and try another email.

Even using the correct email I cannot escape the retry loop, even logging out of everything

I think there is still a login issue. I still get the login loop that won’t connect with the game which was connected before the May 8 update…..the only difference since the hot fix is that I see and can click on the next screen option after the login screen, to choose the email account, then puts me back to the cannot link loop. 1 step closer but still cannot connect even though in game it says it’s connected.
