PC or Web Store will not link to Mobile SWGOH Profile

Request assistance to escalate an issue regarding my Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes (SWGOH) account. My account was recently hacked, and while your team successfully assisted me in recovering it, I am now facing a new problem. When I attempt to play on PC or access the Web Store, it says link EA account by going to Mobile Settings, but my mobile settings already say it is linked. I have contacted EA Support, and they have advised there is nothing they can do. 

It still works on my mobile app, which is linked to Google Play refer to screen shots.
