Character quests issue

Hi, 

So I always have notification displayed (2) since I could claim 2 quests for the new robot character. However, since I do not have enough shards for it, I cannot claim the quests. It means I will continue to have the notification displayed, which is annoying. Any idea how to solve it? See Screenshots below.
