Chewbacca LSB Issue

Hi,

Like many others, I received crystals instead of the Chewbacca Lightspeed Bundle when I purchased it.

I’ve already reported this by replying to this post: Chewbacca LSB | EA Forums - 5008918 as instructed after I submitted an in-game ticket regarding the same issue. However, it’s been five days and I have not received a response, so I figured I should create a new post to ensure this is seen.

I used the online webstore on my iPhone's chrome browser to make the purchase on November 5th at 2:42am PST.

I was wondering if it is still possible to receive the contents of the bundle instead of the crystals?
