Chewbacca LSB Missing

Hello,

I purchased the Chewy LSB this morning. Purchase was made in the web store. I received a receipt in my email and my credit card company shows I was charged. Unfortunately nothing ever arrived in my inbox. I have not received any response from the in game support. I posted several hours ago on this forum and my post was deleted with no notice. My ally code is 657-146-191. I can provide the receipt or order number if needed.

Further, if I need to take some other steps - I'll need to know what those are. Auto-deleting my post isn't really helpful.
