Chewbacca LSB turned to crystals

Bought the Chewbacca bundle yesterday (actually twice), but got crystals instead (both times). Please, do something. Don’t have the screenshot of crystals, but can provide order confirmation.

    I’d like to get the Chewbacca LSB still. Can I get the R2D2 LSB instead of the second Chewbacca LSB (since I purchased it twice)?

    I also got crystals when trying to buy the chewie and GI LSBs. My ally code is 591-467-891.
