Hi, I have just had the same problem as some of the others. I bought the Chewbacca lightspeed Bundle several minutes ago but got 3,5k Crystalls instead of the Bundle Characters. Can this be looked...

Hello there, 

I had the same issue when I bought the Chewbacca LSB : got 3,5k crystals but not the characters. 
Purchase was on 11/6/2024, on the webstore (safari) and paid with PayPal. 
I opened a in-game ticket and they reply me only today to write a message here. 

Ally code : 984-191-672

Could you help me get those characters instead of the crystals please ?
