Chewbacca LSB

Hello there, 

As others already mention, I also had an issue with the Chewbacca LSB  

I bought the Chewbacca LSB : got 3,5k crystals but not the characters. 
Purchase was on 11/6/2024, on the webstore (safari) and paid with PayPal. 
I opened a in-game ticket and they reply me only today to write a message here.

Could you help me get those characters instead of the crystals please ?
