Issues With the In Game Store

I've had a problem for the past ~5-6 months, where most packs in the store end up not showing up for me. All of the packs that cost actual money show up, but packs such as the 500cr relic packs, chromium packs, and character troves never show up. I tried 3 months back to get help with this problem to no avail, but I am unable to purchase the 8,000 shard shop currency trove atm, and would like to have this problem fixed so I could actually use the in-game store again. This problem persists on the PC client as well as on mobile, with only the webstore being usable (troves and chromiums don't show up on the webstore though).

  • Same here, they don't show up in game but the CCB packs etc show up in the webstore. But the treasure trove packs are not showing up in either shop. Feels like we're going to miss out before anything gets addressed. 

    I'm curious why some accounts are affected?

    I reached out to support but they don't have a clue what I'm talking about, even with providing examples

      I was originally theorizing that it may be due to the origin country of the account, but I think that may be wrong seing how many people I've seen with this issue recently

  • same problem here, can't seem to find any of the packs you mention, it's been like this for at least a couple weeks as well, but only now became a real issue due to me wanting to buy the treasure trove pack, nothing shows up tho, neither on mobile or the pc client.

    I too am having this issue, shard shop currency pack is not showing up on this account. No pack available on webstore either. I usually am unable to see the CCB and similar packs in game but I can see them in the webstore. This is not the case for the anniversary trove packs.

  • After doing some research, it turns out that if you made an account while using BlueStacks, the game thinks you are in Belgium despite being in the USA. 

    I'm not sure if there's a way to correct that, so I do believe we are indeed cooked.

  • Same problem here... Moreover I also have 3 different currencies for my android game, PC client, and Web store... opened tickets various times but CG was not able to help.

  • Belgium has restricted offers due to local government laws and regulations.   

  • Your account is set to Belgium, according to your account settings. If this information is not correct, contact EA Help and ask them to update the location on your SWGoH account.

      So I'm pretty much screwed out of these anniversary deals? I can't update it, you can't update it, EA help can't update it.

        I had almost this exact conversation too. I guess we are just stuck with broken games😫

        Update. EA help linked me to the Jedi survivor store, I'm inferring that they want me to play something else instead. 

        Three chat reps later and still no help to update my region to USA
