@winmill260 Hi there, can you please try to reinstall the game, then launch it and leave it in the home screen for around 30 min without playing so it can finish downloading all assets correctly, then try again and let us know if the issue re-occurs?

    @CG_MindTricks I can certainly do that....Once the event comes back in 3 months I guess..😅 I'll try to remember and follow up then!

      Oh, sorry about that, it completely slipped my mind that the event just ended. But generally speaking, when you encounter issues like this (the game freezing in specific areas) it's probably due to assets which were not downloaded correctly and reinstalling usually fixes it.
