Combat buttons not appearing in a GAC battle

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPad
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPad pro
OS Version 15.0.2

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug Started up a Battle in the GAC. Was using Rey to solo a Mandolorian team my opponent had placed on defense. The combat buttons never displayed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Battle tool place at approximately 1:30 am central time
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region North America
Country USA

Game started battle same as normal… I selected the team to battle, selected my attackers (single attacker, wanted the extra banners), but the combat buttons never appeared.

    We have checked the logs available to us and cannot see a reason that you encountered this issue.

    Please take a look at our Troubleshooting Guide in the hopes that it may help in the future.

    Unfortunately, as this is a GAC battle, nothing can be done to change the result.

    You folks may want to consider some additional logging.   As you can plainly see in the two screen shots the buttons never appeared during the course of the “battle”.   As for changing the results….. yes I realized that was not likely to happen it’s not possible to unscramble an egg.     But also realize that this impacts my ability to reach the tiered rewards.    Simply saying “can’t see a reason” and not providing compensation, or a resolution is pretty poor service.

    Get used to them never taking responsibility for this... Or admitting its their game that have a bug. 

    Lost buttons in the middle of my fight in ships... Or more like 10 sec before a win...

    Can type in game chat, but my fight is never ending or giving me buttons back
