I've completed the journey quest line to unlock commander luke skywalker how ever I am missing 55 shards. I tried in-game's EA help option the first person credited my account the 55 shards how ever ...

Just redid the whole mission line still says I'm at 275/330 shards. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried logging out and back in heck even ran a different quest line to see if unlocking a different charater would jar the game into sorting it's self out and allowing me to unlock the hero and no luck
