Just redid the whole mission line still says I'm at 275/330 shards. Tried uninstall ingestion and reinstalling, tried logging out and back in heck even ran a different quest line to see if unlocking a different charater would jar the game into sorting it's self out and allowing me to unlock the hero and no luck
