Connect Button Missing in in app setting if Swgoh

Missing Connect Button In Settings section of Swgoh

For a while now i have been trying to troubleshoot there being no connect button in the in app setting.  I have already tried with the help option but i haven't gotten any help with it and i cant create a new ticket because the conversation thread is still there.  I’ve seen many similar problems here, but i haven't been able to find a clear solution. I know its probably not an age thing because by game center associated with the account it well over 18 years of age.

My Ally code is     414-693-355

My Player ID is   c_s_xa0FQdyez_AvD6ds1Q

If anyone could help that would be amazing

    Hi @Catpawninja, 

    Typically when this issue occurs it's due to age restrictions limiting the account from connecting online. Tends to happen when the date of birth input states your a minor. As you're looking for the 'EA Connect' option, which tries to connect the SWGOH gaming account to the EA account (not the Game Center account), it's these accounts we'd want a look at. The Live support team can check on both of those accounts for you (you can also see your EA account's DOB here). That Date of Birth for both of these accounts needs to be above the age of 18. 

    You did the right thing by trying to contact the support team. If a few days have passed with no response to your case, grab the case number, along with your Player ID/Ally Code (just incase it's needed) and try contacting the support team through live support (Phone/Chat). They can use those details to pull up your account and look into things from there.

    @Catpawninja you say your game center account is over 18. But in fact swgoh account has his own age. You give a DOB on the first tutorial steps. If you gave a wrong DOB your account may be falsly underage.

    In this case you need to request Aging up by EA Help (ingame help button)
    You will need to prove your age there
