Conquest bug

I have rewards in conquest ready to be claimed but when I claim them it makes me have to restart the game a when I load back in those same rewards I already claimed are available to claim! Please fix this bug so I can claim my conquest rewards an keep going!

I have this same problem since the update. It is extremely frustrating and I can’t do anything and the help desk just keep changing people and starting over so have had zero luck.
