Conquest Critical Chance Down not counting

So I noticed that my GR squad including Padawan Obi-Wan is getting critical chance down off on enemies in the battles but it's not applying to the counters in the overall feats or in section 1.  I'v...

No issues in our testing. Critical Chance Down and Critical Damage Down count towards both feats without issues.
