Conquest not loading for days...

I have been unable to load Conquest for several days now... When Conquest was launched earlier this week, it loaded normally.  I selected "Hard" and completed a few missions.  When I went back later...

Has been days and still no reply or acknowledgement.  Still unable to access conquest...  In addition to getting hosed out of all the conquest rewards, I will also get hosed out of Chapter 2 of the Episode Quest, since I cannot earn the 10 keycards in conquest.
