This might be a classy...
Now this is awesome, as usual: I bought Conquest+ on Monday through the PC version for the discount (purchases through PC version usually work fine) and got the confirmation, I even got
the goodies with it (Booming Voice etc.). However, I am not able to collect the bonus rewards as I make my way through conquest, though.
So I thought something went wrong with the purchase and out of curiosity tried to buy the conquest pass again and the game told me, I already own it, ok, so this is one down. Tried to restore purchases, no luck. The game even keeps on suggesting I may want to buy conquest passes, so there is somewhat of a disconnect between my purchase and the pass being attached to my account.
Now I thought that, well, great, I ask for help! Which I did. Opened a ticket, worked my way through the "pulling-teeth" experience of chatting with a supporter that seems to be using DeepL to translate my messages and then DeepL back to me only to always arrive at the point where they suggest I should be requesting help through the game itself, i.e. Settings -> Help -> EA Help.
I did that on PC, Tablet (Android) and Phone (Android). I see a URL pop up that seems to indicate to include my player ID etc.etc. but then get redirected to the standard EA Help page.
So, this is the link, the game tries to open. I removed the seemingly secret, encoded/encrypted stuff from the link

However, after a bit, I get redirected to this one:

So, I tried three times now to convince the supporter to help me, but all they're coming back with is the link as to how to request help through the game, so this become Groundhog Day.
So to summarize
- Conquest Pass+ bought but only partially arrived (can't collect conquest premiums rewards as I progress)
- In-Game Help is broken, as it directs to an URL that does not work and gets redirected to a common, general page
- Support is not aware of the broken in-game help link and ignorantly suggest I am too stupid to follow their process description and close the chat
- I am annoyed and want to get help
Well, I could just take a screenshot of my player ID and attach to the next ticket I create, but I am sure I will also hit a brick wall again. I gave them the purchase ID, the player's email etc. Nothing
Any help / pointers much appreciated. This is just annoying
