Would do, but I tried getting support through EA Help, but they basically refused to help me as the in-game link to help is broken
This is what the game tries to direct my browser to (URL shortened to remove secret encded in the URL)

But this gets automatically redirected to:

Which will not allow me to log a ticket with the proper reference to my in-game player details. So, supporters tell me I need to go through that link and I tell them I can't as whatever I try, I will always get routed to the vanilla page. I tell them the link does not work but they keep ignoring me and tell me how to log a ticket which I tell them does not work as the way they suggest.
Any advice / help would be highly appreciated how to get the refund to buy the Conquest+ Pass again or just get me the missing rewards added, as I can evidence my purchase etc.etc.
