Conquest Plus bug on pc beta client

Would do, but I tried getting support through EA Help, but they basically refused to help me as the in-game link to  help is broken

This is what the game tries to direct my browser to (URL shortened to remove secret encded in the URL)

But this gets automatically redirected to:

Which will not allow me to log a ticket with the proper reference to my in-game player details. So, supporters tell me I need to go through that link and I tell them I can't as whatever I try, I will always get routed to the vanilla page. I tell them the link does not work but they keep ignoring me and tell me how to log a ticket which I tell them does not work as the way they suggest.

Any advice / help would be highly appreciated how to get the refund to buy the Conquest+ Pass again or just get me the missing rewards added, as I can evidence my purchase etc.etc.

I tried twice

Once through  #183270066 and through #183320324. Comms were in German though

Thanks a lot for your help. Received the refund just fine and thought by myself I'd be good to proceed with buying the pass again through the game, which I did on my mobile. This went fine. But

a) I still can't collect rewards

b) Even worse, after a few minutes into the game I get an Error screen, asking me to restart the game. So it is barely any usable / playable anymore for me. Error Code 9.0

Got it, thanks a million! After wiping cache and data on the mobile and initializing the mobile client from scratch, the Error 9.0 went away, too, as it seems. Thanks for the help!

I've reached out to EA support (case -183823758), but they were unable to help, due to the "pack" being already claimed (it's kinda even funnier, if we remember it is claimed automatically)
