Conquest Proving Grounds + Robbery that needs to be answered

Ok I need some serious assistance because I am at my wits end. I have attempted for the last 3 or 4 days to get assistance from the in game “Help”.  I was not able to Sim my conquest proving gro...

@SWGOH_DarkOrion exact same thing happening to me. NO CLUE why "help" is being both difficult & uninvolved at the same time. it's senseless to not own up to a bug & bizarre to force people who didn't get what they paid for to post on the forum.

    @EA_Gunner HOPE it's visible im attaching screenshots of "Help's" suggestion to turn the game on & off again to get reimbursed for the bug in the conquest + event that ended days ago... either "HELP" thrives on breaking balls with people who get ripped off by bugs - OR - whoever is "helping" hasn't even bothered to read the issue with THEIR PRODUCT and the ACTUAL REASON why im talking to them.
