Conquest Rey Shards not given?

I had 180 Dark Side Rey shards. I bought the conquest pass for 9.99 and when I collected my shards (the 2 shard ones) my number of shards never went up. When I clicked the first one that gives 10 DSR shards I got the 10. I'm sitting at 190 but I should be at 198 based on where I was. I bought the conquest pass just for the shards.... ally code is 925-732-618.... 🙃
