Crazy Account

Hi. After a few years, I've returned to play SWGOH. Yet, several issues since comeback. Problem with main account login, after 3 days, it as logged with Google play. So, after a day using the acoount, all my mods have disappeared, completely gone, and still going on. Closing and reopening the game make some glitch, which cleans all mods earned. Top gold mods, simply vanished. 

I would like to know how this issue is going to be fixed, and how I'm going to be compensated by EA bugs/errors.

    Well, looks like mods are fixed, up until nos all goes well. 

    Yet, there is now another problem, which is a bug when collecting rewards, as atachments shows. 

    Thanks for solving previous issue. Please fix this one.

    I'm having all of the same issues. All my mods vanished. Losing seven years of mods, and worst of all, all the six dot mods on my pilots is incredibly demoralising. Now I'm getting the same game crash on trying to redeem those character shard rewards.

    This is the error I keep getting, and mods continue to evaporate from my chars. It's a waste of time, resourses, money, and patience to keep losing stuff. Nobody solve or get a solution, and the indiference is perpetuous. No one gives a f... Wow! 

    If this continues this way, I'll be quit playing for good.
