Crystals instead of Darth Revan bundle

It wasn't yesterday, but now the Darth Revan Lightspeed bundle is available to buy in game and in the webstore again, even though I've purchased it. 

yeah same for me, i've already tried to buy it again and it doesn't work. 

Is there a timeline for a resolution for this?
Or any chance of any sort of communication?
Yes, we stuffed up, you'll get your characters in X days, or no, we don't care, you're boned?
Anything?

Idk, I received mine 2 days ago but EA didn't contact me saying "yeah we messed up"

Did you try messaging EA help in game ??

How long after you'd purchased did you receive the characters?

Hey there,I have had the same problem and the solution differs,last month I waited like 12h and now I have been waiting for 3days 

But now I just recieved a text from "EA help" the ingame thingy,but it took hours and days for them to text back

But to be sure just get in game and start the texting and you just need to be patient.

I purchased it like a week and a half ago and still haven’t gotten it. ea help is now ignoring me

I'm still waiting almost two weeks later. In game help is now leaving me on read as well. 

Communication would be a great thing.
