Crystals not appearing.
Good afternoon,
I have purchased a crystal pack in game, it asked me to validate my payment details, which I did. It stated that the purchase was successful and money has been taken from my account but nothing has appeared in game, I looked at previous answers and have attempted to restore purchases but nothing happened.

I usually recommend waiting for 24 hrs and restarting your game to give purchases time to appear on your account, If they still do not appear you will want to speak with an advisor for further assistance and make sure you share your purchase information with them.
