I was told by EA Help that they could do nothing and someone at CG would need to be involved. The last response was 4 days ago so that process was futile.  On the forums I have received no response, presumably because the expectation is to now use this platform exclusively which also has resulted in no response ☹️

        I just got locked out of Current TW. Signed up in 24 hr window and when the event started, it disappeared.
