CX-2 shard claim bug

Question

I’ve been hit by the unclaimable 245 shard/omicrons bug on the CX-2 Character Quest, and multiple restarts and logins to the web store haven’t worked. Attached a screenshot of being over the threshold (259/245). Thanks for any help!&nbsp;

Just posted a bug report about same thing. Will make me lose an omicron mat.&nbsp;
