Darth Bane’s Malevolent Whirlwind is still bugged and nobody cares

I digged a bit and didn’t find anything on trello about it, there is a bug report on Answers HQ, but topic has been dead for like 4-6 months.  The ability is still bugged and nobody cares about it. ...

You didn't find it on Trello because the devs decided it's WAI.

Did they tho? I can’t see anything like that on answers in already existing posts. If it is WAI, then theh should update the description.
