Didn’t receive crystals for kessel run event

I just purchased a LIGHTSPEED BUNDLE.  As per the kessel run  event rewards I was supposed to receive between 200 and 1.2 K crystals.  I did not get those crystals.

part of the reason I agreed to even purchase the lightspeed bundle was for the kessel run rewards. I would appreciate if I could please be given the crystals which I should’ve already been awarded with
