SLKR and JML Galactic Ascention - Titles NOT Rewarded

I bought the BB-8 bundle when it was released, and then finished all the requirements for the Supreme leader Kylo Ren. However, even now that I have completed the whole SLKR journey, the SLKR titles (a total of four) are NOT rewarded.

Also, I have bought the Jedi Master Luke bundle before, and have completed the third set of requirements, but the third title for JML is NOT rewarded. Please fix the bugs as soon as possible, thank you!
