Didn't recieve the full Hyperdrive bundle

I got most of the rewards from the bundle, like the level increase and the energy, but I'm afraid I didn't receive the characters or other resources from the bundle. I hit restore purchases just in case that would help. Or am I supposed to do something in-game to receive those parts of the bundle.
