Din Djardin Lightspeed Bundle Fail

Bought the Din Djardin Lightspeed Bundle in the webstore 2 days ago. My Paypal Account got charged and there is a second Charge pending … for the same Product ??? Then I got an ingame message, failure during Shopping process and i received crystals and not the Bundle. 
Wrote an email to the Support …. Not even a reaction. 

Can you please fix this issue? Or even give Feedback EA?

    Had the exact same issue, but my Paypal didn't get charged and now the bundle is inaccesible. It appears to be 'pending' still but EA dont seem to be in any rush to address the issue :(

      Yeah, if you look in the Forum it seems that happens often and is a common issue and honestly, I never had the problem that a company did not response in 24h on a email.
