DR Aphra Tier 1
Firstly, I am very aware that this Tier is insanely reliant upon RNG and is ment to be difficult.
But, I have been redoing this teir now for over an hour, I have not applied any debufs on any target, once.
I've attached a short video showing this, this is the last 2 attempts before giving up and posting here.
I've asked a guild mate to try this Tier and he applied the captive debuf from 'i don't want to kill you per se' ability, with his first attempt?
Am I missing something or is this a bug?
