My ea account was hacked, then banned. In the process my link got switched to some random EA account because the hacker changed the email. Because its banned I can not unlink it from my mobile device. Its been about a year. I have no idea what to do anymore. I have contacted EA and in game support countless times.

That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. You'll need to verify you own the account before they can make any changes.
I can’t do that because: A. The banned account was never mine B. I have none of the account info (user…) C. They have no reason to unban it.

I was the owner, then the email on the account was changed, making a new account because I recovered mine. Then that random new account got banned.
