EA Connect Error

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Whenever I try to go to the “EA Connect” option in order to claim the calendars and rewards from the web I get the same error that states: “there was an error, please try again.” I think it has something to do with the fact that I technically have 2 SWGOH accounts associated with my email address, but I lost access to my other one as I was looking to recover my old account with more progress. So the game is getting confused between that, is my best guess.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply go to settings -> EA Connect and it will toss the error up.

I’ve tried everything to solve this issue. Reset my password multiple times, uninstalled the app, etc. I cannot escape this error no matter what I try. I think at this point my other account (the one I no longer play on) might have to be deleted so the game thinks I only have 1 email address associated with my account. My WiFi connection is absolutely perfect, and yes this error still happens when I’m using mobile data as well. Definitely not a server connection issue.
