EA customer service won’t help transfer my account
I spent hours in an online chat with EA customer support to transfer my SWGOH account from iOS to Google play so I can continue playing on my new phone. I did everything the customer service rep asked. Answered every question, provided the requested player IDs, and provided screenshots from my App Store purchase history and screenshots of the associated email receipts for those purchases. I was in chat with them for about 2 hours, and I told them from beginning that I was chatting on iPad and I would be uploading the requested screenshots with my phone. After going through all that, the rep tells me that he can’t accept screenshots from my phone and that I need to send screenshots taken from a PC??? I told him I don’t own a PC, I play and get online with my iPad and phone. To which he replied, contact EA when I have a PC?!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor and requested a phone call back and the rep said I can search EA help for the link to request a call back myself. I’ve spent a lot of money on this game, many times more than the avg paying player, and for customer service to tell me that they won’t help me transfer my account unless I buy a PC is unacceptable and infuriating. I need a supervisor that is reasonable to contact me and help me transfer my account, otherwise I won’t be playing, or spending money on SWGOH anymore.
