Ea game’s problem

Hi there this outcome that ea games has with players playing Star Wars galaxy of heroes is ridiculous and players waiting for rewards etc what is happening besides they should be rewarded now I played the events to unlock dark trooper moff Gideon Reva grand inquisitor baylon and legendary tano dark Rey didn’t get 330shards and I have played to get storm trooper Luke and ig90 same thing happened no shards
