Lsb issues

I bought one of the leviathan bundles from the web store thenimmediatly recieved a error message . I was given crystals but never recieved my bundle. I have tried to contact support and ea. I Cant even submit a ticket to complete my claim since the app restarts every time i try to submit proof of my purchase.  How are we supposed to have issuses resolved of the way is blocked?
