EA Link account

Hello, so ive been playing the game on both mobile and pc version for about a year now, now recently something happened and it logged me out of the ea app, when i tried to link it back it only worked for the WebStore, not the pc client so now whenever i wanna play on the pc client it asks if im a mobile player, if i tick yes, it just boots me back and asks me again, even though i am linked on my phone.

What can I do? I just need to link it to my ea pc client and that’s it
