Emperor Palpatine "Let the Hate Flow" bug in Sith Raid Phase 1

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug When I try to use Emperor Palpatine's Special "Let the Hate Flow" during Phase 1 of the Sith Raid while he has Unbreakable Will activated, it doesn't replenish his health. It does give each ally the health up buff. I was thinking this could be happening because part of this Special states that he'd gain 50% turn meter for any shocked enemy and Unbreakable Will states that turn meter can't be modified while active. Maybe this is canceling the health regeneration as well? Thanks for your help!!!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am currently on Tier 4 of the Sith Raid. I use Palpatine with a Nihilis lead. Connection Type Wifi

that doesn´t work because you are using nihilus as leader, his leadership: Sith allies are immune to Healing effects that aren't Health Steal
palpatines "let the hate flow" doesn´t steal health: All other units lose 5% Health and Palpatine recovers Health equal to 150% of the total amount lost
so if you use palp´s special all other units will lose 5% and all allies gain the health steal up buff, but the healthrecovering is disabled under a nihil´s lead
