Endless loop of Connection Errors

Summarize your bug For the last few weeks, I frequently get stuck in an endless loop of connection errors when trying to launch the game. It happens at the “checking for updates”. When it happens, it can be like this for hours or days. Sometimes it resolves itself, but it is incredibly frustrating and causing me to miss several events.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. It happens for me on both cell data and wifi and on both my iPhone and iPad.

This connection error is happening frequently (>75% of the time). It happens randomly, but once it happens it persists for hours or days. I’ve tried the troubleshooting guide, disconnecting Wifi and Cell Data, restarting the device, updating the iOS, clearing web data, and even going in and changing my eA password (as was suggested in one thread). Nothing works. I can’t provide my ally code because I can’t even get into the game.
