How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug When utilizing a Bossk leadership with the zeta ability applied, my Bounty Hunters do not regenerate Health or Protection when my ally Nest attempts to/successfully applies debuffs. The wording on the leadership ability states, "Whenever an enemy suffers a debuff or Resists, all Bounty Hunter allies recover 5% Health and Protection," which I have been able to proc with other characters but not Enfys Nest.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt a battle with zeta Bossk lead and three other Bounty Hunters + Nest, and use any of Nest's abilities to try to proc Bossk's leader ability.
