Episode Pass not showing

My phone (Samsung S21) auto updated the new event the day it came out and I have been playing since, I only realised today I did not have the episode pass present in my game when I asked why I had no rewards from the Nevarro Event.

I then checked if there was an update in the app store and there was none, I then uninstalled and reinstalled the game but I still do not have the pass.

Any help is appreciated.
