Episode pass
I purchased the episode pass through the webstore and was charged but do not see it in game and it is still available to be purchased in the store

I had the same issue purchasing episode pass plus. Restoring purchase button and restarting game did not help. Spent yesterday dealing with EA help desk with no resolution. Horrible customer service. :(
