Episode Pass+

I don’t get it, do you guys here in the forums rank peoples issues or something, cause someone had a similar issue, but they only spent $20 on their pass and you guys fixed their issue right away, but for some reason you guys can’t be bothered to fix my issue. I spend hundreds of dollars every month on this game and all I ask is that you guys actually honor the agreement you guys made when I purchased the pass or it is false advertisement.

I seem to have the same problem with this new era. Spent the $40, yet I do not see the bonus points in game. Where would they show up if they were delivered?
