I tried to login after updating the latest patch to complete my fleet arena climb and received the message:
ERROR
An error has occurred that requires restarting the game. Please
check your internet connection as a poor connection could be
the issue, then press "Restart". If you have seen this prompt
multiple times and have a strong internet connection, then
please contact us. Error code: 3.
I tried to "Restart" several times and kept receiving the same error, so I cleared the storage on my device. When I did, it connected to the game as a new character, so I logged in when prompted with my Google Play information. I received the same Error 3 again. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and got the same result. I tried using the Contact Us button and when I entered my email and name, the app closed and gave me the message "Something went wrong. Please start a new conversation." and prompted with "Conversation Closed".
I've tried to repeat this cycle several times and keep getting the same result. Please fix this! I am unable to enter the game and I'm also unable to file a ticket through the in-game help.
