Error 9 : network error can't play a mobile game without wifi ?

Hello CG, since last update I have massive network issus 

Latelty it unfirtunatly consum team un TW GAC it's a nightmare playing mobile game outside... Paradox 

Your game was good with connexion lost before update that's a shame 

And of course no compensation, no awnser on the inside help center ...
