ERROR 9.0 - connexion with EA account
Hello, I can no longer log in to my SWGOF account.
My account is linked to my email address and, more importantly, to an EA account. When I try to log in, I get an ERROR 9.0 message repeatedly. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game several times.
The in-game support advised me to abandon this account and create a new one. I don't think it's right to force players to link their in-game account exclusively to an EA account, and that EA itself isn't able to help when there's a problem.
My progress is exclusively tied to an EA account, and now I risk losing years of gameplay because of EA's policy....
Could someone from EA help me log in and recover my account? Thank you.
