Error 9.0 while opening Arenas Screen... locked out from GAC

I am getting an Error everytime I login to my "Arenas" and I am currently lock out from this week GAC... please help! I have tried to disinstall and install the game with no results

Which device are you on? Android or Apple? Either way, did you delete/reinstall? Also, do you get the Error 9 message before seeing any arena information or do you load in for a moment and then get kicked out with that error?

I am on Apple iPhone Pro Max 17. I have delete and reinstall multiple times. I can see that the game is loading for a second before the error is displayed. Thanks for your help!EA_Aljo

As a test, can you try installing the PC client and see if it happens there as well?

Also, do you happen to have the iOS 27 Beta? There's another, similar issue that is being caused by this.

    EA_Aljo same issue on PC... the game crash as soon as I click on "Arenas" and I am lock out from GAC for 4 Days (in review phase)... all other games mechanics are working OK...

    Thank you. I found out this is an issue we are aware of and working to get resolved. Unfortunately, we'll just need to wait until that happens. We of course want that to be sooner than later, but I don't have an ETA.
