Error 9.0 while opening Arenas Screen... locked out from GAC

EA_Aljo​ same issue on PC... the game crash as soon as I click on "Arenas" and I am lock out from GAC for 4 Days (in review phase)... all other games mechanics are working OK... 

I am running IOS 26.5.1

As a test, can you try installing the PC client and see if it happens there as well?

Also, do you happen to have the iOS 27 Beta? There's another, similar issue that is being caused by this.

I am on Apple iPhone Pro Max 17. I have delete and reinstall multiple times. I can see that the game is loading for a second before the error is displayed. Thanks for your help!EA_Aljo​ 

Which device are you on? Android or Apple? Either way, did you delete/reinstall? Also, do you get the Error 9 message before seeing any arena information or do you load in for a moment and then get kicked out with that error?

It looks like I am stuck in the GAC review phase (for 5days…)EA_Aljo​ 

and yes I get the error on both WiFi and 5G data… it’s just happening all the times when selecting “Arenas”

I have tried all the suggestions above, but none worked… all the other areas in the game works well… the strange thing is the 5 Days countdown on my GAC now…
