Error Code 3.0

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? can not log into the game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Everytime I try to log in with my email (same since 2020) I get Error Code 3.0. Worked fine yesterday, did not work today
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to log in with my account?

Earlier today I logged into the Webstore (same linked email as the account) and made a purchase, after that I could no longer log into the game.

I contacted support as was suggested, but after explaining my problem about 10 times to different people over and over again I either got a generic troublshooting link or "that issue (Error 3.0) is already resolved". 

Me and my wife play across multiple devices (all android), her account works on all of them, mine doesn't. Which leads me to the conclusion that it's probably an issue with the account itself and not the game installation. 
nevertheless, I did all the recommended steps for that error:
- log out and back in
- force stop GoH and clear cache
- reinstall the game
- restart device
I also did clear the cache of my google play services and play app. 

still the same annoying error.

so after wasting nearly a day with support I hope I can get some help here, or at least get pointed in the right direction
